The Tramuntana, called Cercium in the chronicles of Roman historians, has always marked the character of the people and the wines of the Empordà.
The CERCIUM wine comes from the vineyards of Mas Llunes, cultivated in Garriguella in rough terrain and heavily influenced by this strong north wind.
The different varieties were fermented separately in refrigerated stainless fermentation tanks, at a temperature of 20ºC. Two daily fermentations were carried out, decubing at 20-25 days from the start of fermentation, depending on the variety. The length of incubation was determined by taste.
Malolactic fermentation was carried out in tank.
It underwent minimal clarification and filtration treatments before bottling.
Red Grenache, Red Carignan, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon
Cherry color with purple trim. Aroma, fresh, expressive, intense, spicy, wild herbs and very fruity. In the mouth it is fresh, broad, structured, tasty, with lots of fruit and discreet notes of well-integrated oak.
