
Traditional preparation method.
Encís de Lluna is made by hand with grapes from the vineyards of Mas Llunes in the Paratge de Fontanilles within the Protected Natural Area of the Natura 2000 Network "Albera", planted in slate soils and worked applying a sustainable viticulture that respects the environment
The grapes were carefully selected manually by harvesting each of the varieties separately at their optimal time of ripening.
Fermentation of must at low temperature to preserve the freshest aromas of the wine. The blend of the two varieties was bottled at the beginning of 2022 for the second fermentation in the bottle.
It rested in the botlle for 44 months before disgorging in February 2026.
White Grenache and Macabeu
Pale straw color. Aromas of white fruit, citrus, notes of pastry and yeast. In the mouth it is frank, silky, unctuous, elegant, very fresh and balanced.
