In the ancient world, the emerald gemstone symbolized eternal youth.
Maragda wine is reborn in each new vintage to be able to always offer us the fresh and subtle aromas and flavors of its youth.
The grapes from 25-year-old vines on slate land were harvested by hand. The grapes were destemmed and driven to the pneumatic press without maceration. The drained must, and from a very gentle first compression, was separated from the rest and passed to the fermentation tanks where it fermented for 30 days at a controlled temperature of 15ºC. Prior to its bottling, it was clarified and stabilized by cold at -3ºC temperature.
White Grenache and Macabeu
Bright straw color. Aroma of fresh fruit, white flowers, toilet herbs. In the mouth it is fresh, fruity and tasty.
