The grapes were destemmed and driven to the pneumatic press without maceration. The flor must drained and from a very mild first compression was separated from the rest and passed to the fermentation tanks where it fermented for 30 days at a controlled temperature of 15º.
Prior to its bottling, it was clarified and stabilized by cold at -3º temperature.

Bright straw color. Intense aroma, very floral, toilet herbs, fresh fruit, tropical notes.
In the mouth it is delicious, fresh, fruity, persistent and very balanced.
