A sparkling DO Empordà

Encís de Lluna is made by hand with grapes from the vineyards of Mas Llunes in the Paratge de Fontanilles within the Protected Natural Area of ​​the Natura 2000 Network “Albera”, planted in slate soils and worked applying a sustainable viticulture that respects the environment
The blend is made up of white Grenache and Macabeu, two varieties that give it a very Emporda character and is aged for 40 months.
It is a pale straw colored sparkling wine with aromas of white fruit, citrus, pastry notes and yeast. In the mouth it is frank, silky, unctuous, elegant, very fresh and balanced.
