
In nature, the pink Emerald gemstone stands out for its great beauty and for being very exceptional.
Maragada rosé wine is also peculiar and of very limited production.
The harvest was carried out by machine to take advantage of the low night temperatures and to be able to carry out the entire production process at a temperature below 16ºC.
Once the skins were separated, the grape seeds were crushed, leaving the must in contact with their skins for 24 hours; the wort drained by gravity was then separated from the rest and led to the fermentation tanks.
Fermentations lasted between 23 and 27 days, depending on each variety, at a controlled temperature of 15ºC.
Red Grenache and Syrah
Bright strawberry color. Aroma of red fruits (strawberry, currants,...). In the mouth it is fruity, fresh and persistent.
