White Wine—DO Empordà
The golden proportion, also known as the divine proportion, is frequently found in nature and is associated with the perception of harmony and perfection.
Wine-making
The grapes were picked by hand when they reached optimum ripeness. Later, they were destemmed and taken to the pneumatic press without maceration. The must, following a very gentle first pressing, was separated from the rest and taken to the fermentation tanks where it was fermented for 30 days at a controlled temperature of 15º.
Prior to bottling, the wine was clarified and cold stabilized at a temperature of -3º.

100% Muscat blanc à Petits Grains
Tasting note
Bright straw colour. Intense aroma, very floral, aromatic herbs, fresh fruit and tropical notes.
The palate is sweet, fresh, fruity, persistent and very balanced.
