The grapes were carefully selected by hand at the time of harvest to achieve an optimal and homogeneous degree of ripeness.
The must macerated with the grape skins for three hours at a temperature of 10ºC and was then drained by gravity and fermented in a stainless steel tank at a temperature of 17ºC. 75% of the wine was aged for 5 months in concrete vats and the remaining 20% in French oak barrels for 5 months.
Prior to bottling, it was filtered and stabilized at -3ºC.
